Please note that a return can only be requested after you have physically received your item. If you wish to proceed, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Register your return

Please contact us by email at support@whitmoredublin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to register your return request.
Once your return request is approved, you may send your item to the address below.

Step 2 – Prepare the item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags and labels still attached

  • Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

Trying the item on is allowed, but wearing it outdoors or for extended use is not permitted.

Step 4 – Refund

Once the returned item:

  • Has arrived at the return address

  • Has been inspected and approved

Your refund will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.

Returns sent without prior notification may experience delays in processing.
